In the 1960´s this house was converted into a hotel ... just like many other colonial properties in this area, since it is close to the Ex-Train Station "La Plancha" , there was a high demand for hotels at the time.... 

Now we are experiencing a change of the Train Station and now they want to convert it by remodeling into a large park.. 

Some of the main atractive features of this house are: the location, over 150 feet deep size of the property, the ceilings with wood beams and beautiul Rubber Tree in the patio.

At this point, there are two ways to go on remodeing this house, one would be rescue the hotel or two would be to bring it back to the original way the house was.
