This is my 5th year of living in Merida and every year of living in Merida I have bought and or sold a house here. I always check out the listings of Real Estate Yucatan first because I love working with Gabriella and Judith. They always make it so easy to see the houses I want to see that I often ask them to make all of my appointments even if they are not the listing agent. I find them shockingly professional and efficient in a town where mañana is the rule and half the agents in town forget the appointment, the keys or both. I can not find enough nice things to say about them and their agency and for me that is a very rare thing indeed.
